Real Estate – easements, licenses, conveyances, deeds, and related documents, including mineral and water rights, oil and gas.  I work primarily for the land owner or mineral right holder, driller or support service company.

Property – actions to quiet title in personal, mixed personal/real property, and the recovery of property.

Contracts – draft contracts and related documents, litigate breach of contract cases.

Transactions – partnerships, small corporate (less than $2 million) and business transfer documents. 

Labor – Represent and advise clients in both wrongful discharge and human rights cases.

Criminal – Consultation and misdemeanor litigation only 

Child Neglect and Abuse — represent the family

Estates – Wills and simple trusts.

Probate – administration from opening of probate to closing, including contested matters.

Indian and Tribal – advise the client on how to deal with tribal matters and contracts in state and federal courts.
